Payment
By purchasing our products from this website, you are buying directly from Rwanda. We accept all credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc.), which is processed through Card from Africa's PayPal account, the internet's most popular and safe method for online payment.
Alternatively you may pay if you are in the UK by sending a cheque to a UK address. Please contact us if you want to do this, and we will send you further details. Paying by cheque (for UK customers only) adds a few days to the order to be processed, but saves us 5% of the transaction charge that PayPal take to use their service.
You may also wish to transfer the money directly to our account
If you are a retailer and you wish to arrange a transfer to our US$ or UK£ account in the UK, please also contact us.
Shipping
Once you place your order, and we have received confirmation of payment, we will begin working on your order. If we have the items in stock, they will be dispatched immediately from Rwanda using the standard (and reliable) postal service, in packages of 2kg or less. Customers in Europe can expect delivery within a period of 10 working days. Customers elsewhere can expect delivery within a period of 15 working days. For orders that are significantly large (e.g. in excess of 1,000 cards) we will despatch by DHL or another bulk carrier and customers can expect a much faster delivery service (within 4 working days).
Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 6 weeks of the date you paid.
All prices on this website include postage and packing.

We respect the privacy of individuals, and any information that you disclose to us in making an order will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not pass on any of your information to anyone else, unless we are legally required to do so.
We may use your email address to send you information about updates to our website. If you do not wish to receive this information, please contact us, stating as such.
Upon request by email we will provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them providing that the email address that they use to contact us is the same one that was used for the order(s).
With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.
